Wild Waters

There are two galleries on this website that are dominated by moving water photos (the other is here). I find quiet flowing rivers in calm settings to be soothing, but I’m especially attracted to places where the water rages and shows its power in dramatic fashion. Sometimes it’s best to capture this is a long exposure to emphasize the beauty of the intense flow, but a freeze frame can really convey the raw power on display. You’ll see examples of both here.
